Thanks for stopping by. I am a husband & father, pastor & speaker, church planter & missionary. Currently, I serve as the Director of Mission at Serge (formerly known as World Harvest Mission).

Over the years, I have taught churches and trained missionaries in leadership, conflict resolution, ministry strategy, endurance in ministry, and what I call renewing mission. Today more than ever, I see ongoing, daily renewal, and sacrificial mission as inseparable parts of one whole response to the good news of Jesus Christ.
